Each physical venue is one location. If you operate multiple sites, each one is priced individually. Owner Mode is available as an add-on for consolidated cross-location reporting.
No annual contract required. We operate month-to-month by default. Annual pricing is available on request — typically at a meaningful discount.
We review your request personally and reach out within 24 working hours. If it is a fit, we create your organisation, enable the right modules, and invite your team by email. Onboarding is invitation-only — there is no self-serve signup or online billing at this stage.
