The list opens when the shift starts.
Tasks are grouped by part of day and split between personal and shared. The list unlocks on clock-in and only for someone rostered that day — an employee who is not working does not get handed a list of jobs, and the screen says so rather than showing an empty page.

Whoever sees the shelf empty adds the item from their phone. The table is shared across the team, so two people do not ask for the same thing twice. It lands in the manager’s inbox, gets a supplier, and becomes an order — in ordering units, a crate or a case, remembered from last time.

An ingredient that spoiled or a dish made in house that nobody ordered, with a reason attached. It is the number that turns a theoretical food cost into a real one, and it only exists if reporting it takes ten seconds.

The owner asks for a count and it appears on the phone, by station. The distinction the whole screen rests on: an item counted and found empty is 0, an item nobody reached is blank. Collapsing the two is exactly what happens when a count is retyped into a spreadsheet, and it is the difference between a real variance and a fictional one.

Cash counted, tips, what was paid out of the till, what goes to the bank. The employee fills it in; the owner confirms it. These are the same figures the Conducere Business page shows, because it is one event seen from two sides.

A new task, a window about to close, a request from the owner. Everything else stays in the app. Between ten at night and eight in the morning nothing is sent at all — a channel that pings all evening is a channel people mute, and a muted channel looks like coverage while being none.
