Yesterday in five seconds — and whether it was normal.
Net revenue, receipts and average ticket, each against the same weekday last week and against a typical day. Not a report you read. A briefing you act on.
This is the first screen after you log in.
The same layout, the same numbers, the same order — only the restaurant is invented.
Three numbers, two comparisons each.
Net revenue is gross minus protocol, because a comped table was never earned. Receipts are bonuri — the till counts receipts, not people. Average ticket is the first divided by the second, never typed twice. Each carries two deltas: the same weekday last week, and a typical day of that weekday.
What you see in five seconds
Live snapshot — FridayWhere the month stands, not where the day ended.
One monthly threshold, how much of it you have already earned, and what is left. A good day inside a bad month is still a bad month, and this is the panel that says so.
Break-even pacing

Ești peste ritm. La ritmul de acum, pragul e acoperit cu trei zile înainte de finalul lunii.
An estimate, stated with its margin.
Tomorrow’s projection comes with an interval, not a single confident number. A forecast that hides its uncertainty is a forecast you stop believing the first time it misses.

A dash means not entered. Zero means zero.
Most dashboards render missing data as 0. That turns "no invoices yet" into "no cost", and the number looks fine while being wrong. Here the two are different on purpose, everywhere.
Honest empties
Live snapshot — Friday„—" înseamnă că nu a fost introdus nimic. Zero se scrie 0. Un panou care arată 0 pentru „nu știu" e un panou care minte.
What the owner does before opening — and what it is worth.
Reads one screen instead of opening five modules.
Five minutes, not forty
Compares against a typical Friday, not against yesterday.
Catches real drops, not noise
Sees the break-even gap while there is still month left to close it.
Acts mid-month, not after
The 7am decision
Before the first coffee, you already know.
Friday came in 5,9% above a typical Friday, and the receipts barely moved — so it was the average ticket that rose, not the traffic. That is a different decision from "we were busy".
